Hello everyone, this is my story that someday I hope to get published as a childrens start chapter book, and for any book lover. I had the chance once, a publisher loved it and said they would publish it, but it was to much money so I couldnt. I started this book when I was 9 years old, finished book one (below) when I was 10 and a half, started edditing at 11, then after a few weeks finished editing. Well, I hope you enjoy it.

~Stary Night~

My Fourth Grade class and fourth grade teacher Mrs. Julie Pozzessere. It was the no doubt most wonderful school year I’ve had.

INTRO
Peter was a simple person, he had his friends, that’s all he really cared about. His mom decided to send him to a world of all human animals. So he could make new friends, have a new life, things werent going to well at home. So he
was sent by cab to a small town named Pine Village. There were other small towns like the one he was going surrounding. When he got there all the animals greeted him. He didn’t really think much of how much his live would change here. The planet that this boy lives on is a planet that weird things happen.. a lot, so humen animals, not really that amazing.
Only if he knew his life was going to change in a way he never thought possible.

One starie night Peter was walking along the beach. He got tired so he sat down on a bench. He looked up at the sky, he saw beautiful shooting stars. But one looked odd, not like a shooting star. More like a..falling star, litiruly. He kept staring at it he didn’t really think much of it. Suddenly her heard sirens and people screaming and the loud creaking of the town gate opening, he heard Coppers(head of police) voice shouting from the gate house, “Everybody get out!”. Peter suddenly realised what was going on. He jump up off the bench and starting running up to the gate house. He reached it just before he heard an ear peircing cracking sound and sudden wave of heat, he turned around to see a huge firey ball crashing into the ground near the beach. It was lunging towred him at a fast pace. Peter was confused, he had no idea what was going on. The sharp sound of Copper’s voice woke him up. “Hurry up Peter! Get out!”. Peter finally returned to his senses and turned around and ran to the gate, he ran out just in time before the gate shut behind him. The star never reached the gate. So they were safe. All other animals that were there headed in other direction to other towns, they all knew were to go because they lived there their whole live.(A star crashing into and destroying your town? May be kind of scary to us, but happened comenly their.)But Peter was lost, he had no were to go, he only lived in that town since he came to this part of the world. Then he heard a soft sweet voice behind him. “Would you like to come with me?” said the stranger.

Chapter 2.

Peter turned around and saw a girl standing there. She said again "Do you want to come
with me?" Peter saw this person once in town. But never talked to her.
"Oh, om, sure. I don’t have anywere elts to go..." Peter said. "Ok, come with me. We can go to my home town." said the stanger. They
both walked a little bit then they stopped and the girl said "Oh, mind my
maners. My name is Megan. My Mom and Dad sent me to this place a long time
ago. I lived in the place we are going to at first, then I moved to that place. I
still have my house in the place were heading to still. Oh, and the place is called Animal
Acres. You can live with me until you get a house. We just need to get you
a bed. My house isn’t girly. So don’t worry." Peter nodded. “Hey, my parents sent me here to a while ago, but i'v always lived there.” said Peter. “Oh, cool.” said Megan. They continued to
walk. They walked for a long time then Peter said "How far away is this
place?" "Not much farther said Megan." They kept walking then at the end of
the path there was a closed gate. Megan pressed the button to let the person
on the other side of the gate know someone was there. A voice came from the
intercom by the door, "Hello, welcome to Animal Acres. Who is this?" Megan
began to talk into the microphone. "I'm back"

Chapter.3

Suddenly the gates swung open. And Booker (The person on the other side of
the gate) grabbed Megan’s hand and shook it really fast. "Miss Megan! Your
back! You came back to us! We thought you would never come back!" "Well,
said Megan, my town just got blown up by a falling star..theres not much
else I could do." "Oh, said Booker, I'm so sorry.." "It’s ok Booker." said Megan
"Hmm? Whos this, said Booker? Oh, don’t tell you got ma-" "No! Shouted Megan.
I just met him a few minutes ago! He’s going to be living with me until he
gets a house. Jeeze," "Oh, sorry said Booker" "Hi, I’m Peter.” said Peter"
"Well welcome to Animal Acres!" They both went inside and as soon as they
walked outside they gate house all the residents were crowded around them.
"Megan shouted, everyone back off! Im not in the mood for all this right now. I just want to go get settled in my old house. "Resident: Welcome back! Oh, and who is this? "This is Peter, hes going to live with me untill he has enough money for a new house." Peter stepped out from behind Megan" Oh, what happened? A “new” house?” Well, our town was just blown up by a falling star. The have to do something about that..” Megan said "Come on Peter, lets go home. "Ok, said Peter"

Chapter. 4

When they finally broke away from the crowd they walked along a path. It was a
strate path with houses side by side all the same size. The path kept going
but Peter couldn’t see what was there because it was so dark. When they got
to the dark place Megan said "Ok, hold on." She took out a little card then
she banged on something. It must have been a wall. Then Peter heard a beep.
Then Megan slid the card through something then out of no where millions of
lights flicked on almost blinding them. And, there in front of them stood a
huge mansion surrounded by a huge gate. Peter looked like he was going to
faint. "Oh,” said Megan, “did I forgot to tell you I’m kind of the richest person in this world?" “Ugh..yes." said Peter "Oh, it must have just slipped my mind. I made a huge finantule clame and well, here I am. Well
anyway. come on.” She slid the card in a different slit and the gate creaked
open. Peter stood there wondering how someone forgets to tell you something like that. Then he put it aside and followed Megan up the path. They walked up to the house and when they were almost there Peter said
"Wont the house be all dusty and stuff?" "Nope, said Megan, I have people up
here every day cleaning. "Oh.” said peter and they continued walking. When
they got to the door, or should I say doors, Megan hit the wall by the door
and a flap opened and she slid the card in the slit and the doors swung open.

Chapter. 5

When the doors opened Peter almost fainted at what he saw. There before him
was the biggest Foyer he had every seen. Just then a squirrel came in the
room dusting things with her tail. Then she looked up.

"Ahhhhhh! Miss Megan! Your back!"said the maid

"Did someone just say Miss Megan?! A butler popped into the room.

"Miss Megan! Your back!” said the butler.

"Yes I am, and I have someone that is going to be staying with us until he
gets a house. His name is Peter."

"Welcome Peter!" said the maid and butler.

"How come you came back?" said the maid.

"A shooting star.."said Megan an Peter

"Oh that’s awful! Well, at least we’re safe here, with that force force field we have" Said the maid

"Well anyway,” said Megan, “I'll go tell the others, can you take Peter to
the deluxe guest room please Peanut."

"Sure,” said Peanut, “right this way!”

Peter followed the maid to his new room. When they got there the maid opened
the door and behind it was the biggest bed room he ever saw.

"Well, said Peanut, make your self at home. You can look around the house.
When you wake up tomorrow walk down this hall and go into the last room on
the right. You'll be in the dinning room. We'll have breakfast there."

"Ok. Thank you." said Peter.

“No problem.” Said Peanut

He didn’t feel like exploring so he just went in his new room and fell asleep
in his new, huge, bed.

"Yawwwwn" Peter woke up and slid out of his bed. On his door he found a
hanging robe with a note.

"Here’s something for you to wear to breakfast. Theres slippers on the floor, and your find some clothes that may fit you in the closet next to your bed for later.”
-Peanut-

"That was nice of her." Peter thought to himself he put on the robe and the
slippers and walked into the hall. He walked down the hall and he walked
into the last door on the right. He found himself in a huge room with a long
table. Megan was sitting at the head of the table and Peanut was sitting on
the side of the table.

"Good morning!" They both said.

"I see you found the robe I left you." said Peanut.

"Yes, said Peter, thank you."

"Come,” Megan said, “sit over here." She patted the chair next to her.

Peter walked over and sat down.

"Did you sleep alright?" Asked Megan.

"Oh yes. It was very comfortable."

"That’s good." said Megan.

Just then a butler came into the room with a cart that had bacon, eggs,
waffles, pancakes, cereal, a jug of milk an a bunch of other delicious stuff.
The butler placed the things on the table and sat next to Peanut. Then
another butler and maid came out of the kitchen with more things and put
them on the table and sat down.

"Okay! Everyone eat!” said Megan.

Everyone grabbed things and ate and talked.

"That was the best meal iv ever had!” said Peter.

"I'm glad you like it." said Megan.

"Come, let’s go shopping! You need new cloths and things don’t you? I think peanut left you some clothes in your closet, go change and meet me at he door." said
Megan.

When Peter changed he walked down to the front door and found Megan waiting there. She already had fresh clothes on so she didn’t need to change. They walked outside into the shining bright morning sun.

Chapter. 7

They walked down the path to the road. They got to the gate and Megan slid
her card through another slit and it creaked open. They walked down the path
and then came to a big store called "Nookingtons"

"Here we are!" said Megan

"Ok!" said Peter.

and they walked into the store.

"Welcome!” said Nook. “I heard that you were back!
Please, look around.” Said Nook

"Well, we're only here for a hair cut really.

"Ok." said Nook

They walked into the salon and the salon person greeted them. She cut
Peter’s hair like he wanted it and then they left the store.

"Ok, now that you have had a hair cut lets go to The Able Sisters. said
Megan.

They walked down the street and came to a building that said "The Able
Sisters" on it. They walked in and Peter picked out some shirts and
accessories.

"So, what do you want to do now?" asked Megan

"Well, said Peter, I do want to see the villagers.

"Ok, said Megan, I’ll go home. you can go around town and make friends with
people.

"Ok, bye!" said Peter. And he began down the street again. He came to a nice
little house that had a sign in front of it that read "Tangy's House". He
knocked on the door and a nice looking person answered the door.

"Hi! I'm Tangy, who are you?"

“I’m Peter, im the one whos living with Megan now.”

"Oh,” said Tangy, “I heard of you. Come in. Lets talk.

And Peter stepped into a small but cozy home.

"Here, sit down on the couch. I'll be right back.”

Peter sat down on the comfy sofa.

Then Tangy came back with a tray of lemon squares and put it on the coffee
table in front of the sofa and sat down next to Peter.

"Here, have a lemon square. I made them my self. I'm known for my cooking."

"Sure, I’ll try one." And Peter took one of the lemon squares and popped it in
his mouth. "Mmmmm.. this is delicious!"

"Thank you." said Tangy.

"Well, I better get going. I have to meet some other people to. I'll come
back sometime! Thank you for the lemon square!

"Ok! Bye!" said Tangy

And Peter stepped out of the nice little house and walked back up the street
to the mansion. Although he was going to go see some other people he decided not to.

Chapter. 8

As Peter came up to the gate he remembered he didn’t have a card. He tried to
look for a doorbell or something but there wasn’t any. He started to walk
around the house to look for a back door or something. But as he expected
there was a back door but it was inside the gates. He didn’t know what to do
and panicked a little. He went back around to the front just as the gates were
closing, And a maid was walking into the house.

"Oh well this is convenient. Now what am I going to do?!" He said out loud.

He leaned on the gate, but then he fell backwards!

"It wasn’t even locked....sigh.."

He closed the gate a walked up the path to the house. When he got in he
found Megan on the couch watching T.V.

"Could you have told me the gates weren’t locked?"Said Peter.

"Oh, sorry. Oh and by the way, Here’s a card to the house" said Megan

She tossed an orange glittering card to Peter, he caught it and put it in his
pocket.

"It will open any door in the house and the gate. Come here, theres
something on about our old town."Said Megan

Peter walked over and sat next to Megan.

Announcer: We are here at the back of the gate that leads to a newly destroyed
town. It was destroyed by a falling star, that you can tell, was not
shooting. Residents fled to new towns to spend their lives.

Co Host: Good thing no one got killed in this incident.

Announcer: Yes, good thing.

Co Host: The town will be open to the public every Monday, Wednesday,
Friday, and Sunday. The star that was now only the size of a house because it was set on fire as it enterd the atmosphere and burned up has been removed and it is safe to go into
the town. Most of the town is either burnt or crushed.

"Wow! Want to go check it our Peter?"

"Sure!" said Peter.

And they got up and walked out of the house.

~Chapter. 9~

The walked
down the path to the gate and Peter slid his card through the
slit, he licked doing it. The gates opened and they walked to the town gate.
Booker opened the gates and they went out. They walked down the path.

"What do you think it'll be like?"said Peter

"There’s probably nothing left...."said Megan.

They came to the gate of their old town and found Copper there, to their
surprise, no one else was there.

"Were is everyone?" asked Megan

Copper: No ones come yet. Are you here to see it?

"Yes." Said Peter and Megan

Copper typed in a code on the pad next to the gate and the gate creaked open
very slowly and loudly. They walked through and assumed that the star never
got to the gate because the gate was in one piece. They walked out of the
gate house and saw the remains of the town. There before them was a charred
wetland with fallen burned trees and shriveled, if not died, flowers. Burned
and fallen houses. from the ocean up there was a huge ditch and it almost
reached the gate but didnt.

"Oh my...." said Megan

"And to think..we lived here just a few days ago...."said Peter.

They wanted to see what was left of their houses. They came to Peters burned
house and saw that it wasn’t badly burned since it was at the edge of the
town. The tried to open the door but it wouldn’t open, so they kicked it and
without any trouble it fell in. Inside was charcoald furniture and died
plants.

“Wow..just a few days ago I was sitting in her watching T.V..”said Peter

“It really gets you think dosnt it?”said Megan

“Yeah..” replied Peter

Peter went over to the stairs and walked slowly up them. On the second floor was his bed room. They both looked around. His bed and dresser and everything elts was burned. He walked over to his dresser were he had a picture of somone.

“Whos that?” asked Megan, she couldn’t see because it was to dusty.

“Omm..no one”said Peter

He cracked the glass and took the picture out, folded it and put it in his pocket.

“We should go. This house wont last much longer.”said Peter

“Yeah.” Said Megan

They both turned to the stairs but before they got to the stairs they heard a crack. Then some creaking, then the floor wobbled, then all at once the floor gave out and they went crashing down threw the floor. Luckely they landed on the couch.

“Woa..”said Megan with her hair in her face

“Ok, I think we should get out of here.”said Peter

“Yeah.”said Megan

They got up and walked out the door space.

They walked
over to were Megan's house was and saw that it was badly burnt and had
collapsed.

"Sorry.."said Peter

"It's ok, it doesn’t matter anymore." said Megan

They walked up and saw the town hall collapsed. Then they heard a very faint,
"P-P-Please h-h-elp m-me"

They ran to town hall and climbed over the ruble and Megan said "Don’t
worry! We’ll save you!" Then they saw a few feathers sticking out from under
the boards, they knew who it was and lifted the board and found a bird named Pelly Laying
there looking all dusty and ill.

"Are you ok?!" said Peter

Pelly: No..help me..please

"Don’t worry! I'll go get Copper!"Said Megan and she ran to get him.

Peter knelt down and hugged Pelly and whispered to her, "It'll be ok"..

Chapter. 10

No one else new but them. Pelly and Peter loved each other very much ever
since they met the first day Peter came to the town. Peter was always made and never really liked anyone much. But ever sence he met Pelly he changed his attitude. Peter was kneeling by her when Copper and Megan came running to Pelly and Peter and when they got
there Copper knelt down near Pelly and asked her if she was ok.

"Im hurt..but I guess I’m ok..thanks to Megan and Peter..-cough-"said Pelly.

"I'm so sorry, I should have looked around the town."said Copper.

"I'll go get an ambulance!"said Peter

And he ran to the gate house and by the gate there was a microphone thing.
He pushed the emergency button and a second later someone started talking

Doctor: Hello? What’s the trouble and were?

Peter pushed the talk button and said

"Hurry! Someone was trapped in the ruble of th-

Doctor:Say no more! I know were you are. I'll send an ambulance right away!

He ran back to the others and tolled them.They waited a minute and then they
heard sirens getting closer, Peter ran to the gate house as a stretcher was
being removed from an ambulance.

Doctor: Weres the patient?

"Over here."said Peter

They both went over to the others and the doctor lifted the coughing Pelly
onto the stretcher and she was wheeled away.

"Megan, I’m going to go to the hospital with her (Peter had told Megan about them while they were waiting)"said Peter

"Ok, I understand. I'll be waiting till you come back" said Megan

"I'll be back tonight. I have my card” said Peter

And Peter went to the ambulance and asked if he could come. The doctor said
ok and he climbed in and they went off, sirens blaring, to the hospital.

Chapter. 11

They doctor in back said he could sit on the seat on the other side of
Pelly. By now Pelly went to sleep and was silent.

"Will she be ok?" asked Peter.

Doctor: Yes, she should be ok after a little rest. But just in case, we're
Going to have to keep her a day or two to check her.

"Will I be able to visit her in her room?" asked Peter

Doctor:Of course.

And for the rest of the ride they were silent. When they reached the end of
the path there was an opening with a large hospital in the middle. The
doctor opened the door and put the stretcher carrying Pelly on the ground and
wheeled her into the hospital with Peter close behind. The doctor led Pelly
into the hospital and stopped and said

"You’re going to have to sign in. Her room will be on floor 2 and the number
is 274"

Peter walked over to the desk and filled out the form and then walked to the
elevator and pushed the second floor button. He walked down the hall. Room
270, room 271, room 272, room 273.

"Ah, here it is. 274"

He pushed the door open and found Pelly laying on the bed and a nurse
rushing around the room getting things in order and putting a tube into
Pelly's arm.

Nurse: Hello, please try not to wake her. If anything seems wrong push the
red button by the bed.

"Ok, I’ll just sit over here."

Nurse:Ok, I’ll come back every 2 hours to check up on her.

And she walked out of the room. Peter picked up a char from the corner and
put it by the bed that Pelly was laying on and sat on it. He just looked at
Pelly for about an hour and was thinking about all the stuff they used to do together. If it wasn’t for Pelly he would still be a grump that had no friends. A little later Pelly slowly began to open her eyes.

"We-were am I?" asked Pelly

"You’re in the hospital. The doctor said you should be fine but will still
keep you a little to make sure." said Peter

"I feel...ok... thank you for coming...i'm..so..tired...I've been trapped
under the rubble for a while..I was trying to transfer everyones accounts to their home towns, then the next thing I knew the whole place came crashing down ontop of me..-cough-.."said Pelly.

"Well just rest, do you want anything?" asked Peter

"No...I’m just going to go back to sleep.."said Pelly

"Ok, I’m going to go home.I'll come back tomorrow morning. Just rest."said
Peter

He got up and put the chair back and walked out the door. He got in the
elevator and started to walk down the hall. He passed room 83 and his eye
caught sight of the person on the bed. He knew who it was and walked through
the door to talk to him.

Chapter. 12

"KK! Its me! Peter!" said Peter

"Peter! Hi! I didn’t expect to see you here! How come your here?" said KK

"I was here with my friend Pelly, she was trapped in the town." said Peter

"Oh, tell her I wish she gets better." said KK.

"Ok, I will. Why are you here?" asked Peter

" I go out but I got scratched up pretty bad. I've been here since. Not many people
have come. No one knows I’m here.' said KK

"Well, I’ll stop by a few times. I hope you get well! I have to go now
though. See ya!" said Peter

And he walked out the door and out of the hospital and then realized he had
no ride home! It was a five mile walk to his new town at the other side of
the region. Then he saw a little light flicker on by the gate that was
surrounding the hospital as the clock struck 6 PM. He walked toward the light
and found a little box in the wall and a slit in it. He read the ingravement
above the box. It read, -Megan’s teleporting service-.

"Well, that convenient!" said Peter

He slid his card through the slit and door opened in the ground by the gate
and a little pod came up through the hole and then the hole closed. The pod
door opened and there was a seat. He kinda wondered if it was safe or not. But he climed in and sat down in it anywase and the door closed. A
holographic screen appeared before him with a list of names. A computer
voice came on and said-

"Please select were you would like to go."

He read the list and the list read-

Town 1
Town 2
Town 3
Town 4
Town 5 (and so on)

and there was another town number 23 that was crossed out in red. He figured
that it was his old town and he continued to read the list.

Hospital

and at the end of the list in gold letters read

The Mansion

He tapped it and instantly the doors open and he stepped out. He found
himself in front of the gates to the mansion.

"Wow.." said Peter

He slid his card through the slit in the door and walked up the path then walked in.

Chapter. 13.

When Peter walked into the house it was dark. All the lights were shut off.
He waited a moment and his eyes fixed to the darkness. He saw a bunch of
flashlights on a table near the door. He grabbed one and flicked it on. He
shined the light on a pair of steps and walked up them. He walked down the
hall to his room. The door was open so he walked in and turned off the
light. Took off his shoes then went to sleep.

He woke up next morning around 8:30. He got up and found the clothes he had
bought in his closet. He changed then walked down to the dining room. He
walked in and at next to Magan.

"Hello!Did you find your way home ok?"asked Megan

"I sure did,” said Peter, “I found your teleporter on the gate
wall of the hospital."

"....The wha?..Oh ya! I remember now! I forgot about that."said Megan

They ate breakfast for about an hour. Then Peter said

"I think I should go see her, Pelly."

"Ok! I'll be waiting! There’s a transporter on the inside of the gate."said
Megan

"Ok.” said Peter.

And he walked out the door, down the hall, and down the steps, then out the
door. He walked down to the gate and saw a slit under the first slit and slid
his card through it. A hole opened and the capsule came out of it. He got in
and the screen appeared before him again. He selected "Hospital" and the doors
slid open and he stepped out. And there he was at the hospital.

"Wow.." said Peter for the second time.

He walked up the walk way and into the big doors of the hospital. He filled
out the form and walked down the hall to check on his friend KK. He walked
through the door, but the bed was empty and a maid was cleaning the room.

"Did KK leave?" asked Peter

The maid turned around.

"Hm? Oh, I’m sorry kid. KK passed on this morning."

"What?! That cant be! I was here last night." said Peter

"I'm sorry,” said the maid, “its the truth." and she kept on cleaning.

Peter walked out the door and began to cry. He hadn’t cried in a long time.
He got a tissue from a table and wiped the tears away then through the tissue
in a trash can near by. He got in the elevator and went to Pelly's floor. He
walked down the hall and went into Pelly's room. Pelly was laying in her bed
reading the News Paper. She looked up.

"Oh! Hello Peter!"said Pelly

"Hi! were you get the paper?” asked Peter

"A nurse brought it to me. She’s really nice." said Pelly

"Oh,” said Peter, “are you feeling any better?"

"Yes! I do! I feel great."said Pelly.

"That’s good."said Peter

Peter told her what had happened to his friend.

"oh..im so sorry."said pelly.

"Its ok, its not your fault." said Peter.

"...Well, anyway,” said Pelly, “the nurse said I can leave today! But I have
no were to go..I was wondering if I could stay with you and Megan..?"

"Sure! There must be at least 20 quest rooms in the house!"said Peter

"Thank you so much!" said Pelly.

“You know, iv always been a huge fan of Megans. Its so great I can really talk to her and stuff now!” said Pelly

"Hey, howcome I never really heard of Megan before?”asked Peter

“Well, once she moved to our old town she wanted it lowkey, and she has ways of making it that way.” Said Pelly

“Ok, I don’t want to know..” said Peter “so, when should I come for you?”asked Peter

"About 3 this afternoon would be great.” said Pelly.

"Ok, I’ll be here. I have to go now. See you then!

And Peter walked out the door, down the hall. Down the elevator, down that
hall, out the door, down the path.

Chapter. 14

While he was walking down the path from the hospitle a sudden boom shuddered in the dark sky above, then a sudden bolt of lighting lit up the sky, then rain started pouring down from the sky.

“Oh great.”said Peter
He ran the rest of the way and slid his card through the slit and jumped in and sat down in the pod and selected the
Mansion button and the screen disappeared but the doors didn’t open.

Computer voice: We seem to be experiencing some –crzz-technical difficulties. Please
hold tight a--crzzz--nd do--crrz--

The lights in the pod flickerd then went out and the voice went away completely.

"Oh my..oh my...what do I do know?!? I'm stuck in here!" said Peter frightnd

A dim red light turned on and a small box in the corner of the pod lit up and it had written below it. "Press in case of emergency".

"Well, its my only hope.."said Peter.

He pushed the button and all the lights turned on but the door still did not
open.

Computer voice: You have pushed the emergency power switch. This has turned
on the emergency power backup. I have looked at our monitors and it seems
there is a thunderstorm and it has caused a black out. We are stuck in the
vertex of time. Please dont try open the doors.I will phone the number of
your choice. Please type the phone number in.

A screen appeared infront of Peter with numbers on it. He typed in Megan’s
phone number he had got from his card and the screen said,

"Calling....Calling...calling....calling.....'

Back at the mansion Megan had a flash light in one hand and was sitting on
the couch. She was worried about peter. She hear the phone ring and since
there was a little number of cord phones she had to run to the one in the
entry hall. She picked it up-

"Hel-" started Megan but the computer cut her off.

"Hello, a person using a card assigned to Peter is stuck in a transpertation pod. He has requested you to turn on the generator closest to you so the person can return home safly. Thank you."

"Hmm, well, must be him."

She walked up the stairs to her room. She went in and banged the wall near
her bed. A piece of the wall lifted and a key board came out. She typed in a
code that would turn the generator on. She pushed enter and she heard a loud
thump then a rearing sound. She knew it was the generator in the basement.
She walked to the door expecting Peter.

In the pod-

Computer voce: The person you called has turned the emergency power
Generator on.

And the door shot open and Peter jumped out and kissed the ground. The pod
disappeared and he ran up the path because it was still raining. He burst into the door were Megan was waiting for him.

He smashed her in the face with the door as her opend it. Megan went flying back.

“Aw much!”said Megan

“Oh my! Im so sorry!” said Peter

He ran over to her and helped her up.

“Its ok,” said Magen “I shouldn’t have of been standing there”said Megan

Chapter. 15

Megan got up and asked Peter to follow her into the living room.
They walked to the living room and Megan said he
he could sit down. She lit the fire place.

"Ok, I’ll be right back. I'm going to go make some tie."

"Ok."said Peter

Megan walked out of the room and went into the door next to it. There was a
gas stove. She would have went to the better electric on but the electricity
was out. She got a kettle and put water in it from the sink then poured a
couple packets of tea leaves in and put it on the stove and turned on the heat.She
walked out of the room and back into the living room.

"The tea is cooking. It'll be a few minutes." said Megan

"Ok. Hey, were did the maids and butlers go?"asked peter

"When there is a black out they go down to the cellar and play cards and
stuff until the lights come back on. I said they could do that when I hired
them because I like to be alone when there is a black out." said Megan

"Ok. Just wondering.” said Peter

"Heres a blanket.” said Megan

She walked over to a chair piled with blankets and picked one up. She walked
over to the couch and sat next to Peter and put the blanket on them.(It was
a big blanket)

The started talking for a while about the adventure.Peter told her about
KK.

"Oh. I'm so sorry!" said Megan.

"Its ok. Its not your fault.."said Peter

-screeching noise-

"Oh, that’s the tea. I'll be right back."Said Megan

She got up and walked out of the room and went into the room were the tea
was. She turned of the heat and got a tray from the shelf and 2 cups. She
poured the tea in the cups and put the rest on the tray. She walked out of
the room and back into the living room. She placed the tray with everything
on it on the stand next to the couch.

"Oh my! Those are very fancy things!' explained Peter.

And they were. The were very fancy white tea cups the designs on them with
gold.

"Yeah. They are." said Megan

She picked one of the cups up and handed it to Peter. She grabbed the other
cup and sat back to again.

"Mmm. This is great!"said Peter

"Thanks!"said Megan.

And sipped her cup

Chapter. 16

They both drank their tea.

"Do you want more?" asked Megan

"Sure! This is great like I said before."said Peter

"Ok, the kettles on the tray."said Megan

Peter picked up the kettle and poured another cup of tea into his cup.

"Want more?"asked Peter

"No thanks. I shouldn’t even be drinking this. It’s not good for me. I have
some health issues."said Megan

"Oh, ok."said peter

And put the kettle back down on the tray.

They talked for a while about random things. They got bourd and thought of
going to bed.

"Well. It doesn’t seem like the electricity will come on for a while. Let’s go
to bed. The fire in this dark room and the rain is putting me to sleep."
said Megan tiredly

"Yeah, same here."said peter

Peter got up and followed Megan out the door. They had forgotten to clean up
the room because they were so tired. The walked out the door into the Foyer
and up the stairs. They started to walk down the hall. Megan walked into her
room.

"Goodnight.' said Peter as she was walking into her room.

"Night." replied Megan

Peter continued to walk down the hall alone. He reached his room and walked
in. He climbed into his bed. He lay there a minute thinking of the
adventures he had had since he moved into his old town. He was just closing
his eyes when suddenly the lights flickered and he could hear the sound of the
heater. He could hear the sound of a truck driving away outside.

"They must have just fixed the lights.."thought Peter

He closed his eyes and drifted off into his sleep.

The fire was still going a tiny bit in the living room. But Megan didn’t put it out because it was dieing down fast

Chapter. 17

-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-

Peter awake and heard a beeping noise. He looked at his clock. It was only 30 minutes after he had went to sleep. He looked up by his door and saw a
light flashing and that’s were the beeping was coming from.

"Thats the fire alarm!" said Peter to himself.

He jumped out of bed and put on his robe. He ran into the hall at the same
time as Megan did. He could see her down the hall. He ran to her.

"Whats happening?!" said Peter

"I don’t know. There must be a fire somewhere in the house!" said Megan
panicking.

Just then the maids and butlers ran up from the basement.

"What’s going on?!" said Peanut.

"We don’t know, there must be a fire somewhere!" said Megan

Just then the sound of sirens and whistles and helicopters could be heard
coming toward the house. A bunch of doctors, police officers, and fire
fighters with hoses ran into the house.

Chief of police: Look in every room in this house!

Megan and Peter ran down the stairs.

"Oh thank you for coming so fast!" said Megan

"Yes, thank you!" said Peter

"Its no prob-" started the chief but just then a firefighter burst through
the door of the living room with his walky-talky in his hand saying-

"Everyone to the east living room!"

Everyone ran into the large living room were the smoke detector was going off
and the sprinklers were shooting water everywhere but it wasn’t doing much for
the blaze that was in the room.

"Oh my! What happened?!' said Megan.

Chief: I don’t know. We will find out when the blaze is gone.

All the fire fighters ran into the room with hoses and started to blast
water around the room.

Chief: I think everyone should get out of the house for safety precautions.

"Ok." said all the maids, butlers, Peter and Megan

Everyone ran out of the room and out of the front door. And what a sight it
was out there. The gates were open and all the outside lights were on and
there were helicopters hovering above the house with spotlights on, sirens
blaring, lights flashing, and police officers running about.

Officer: Come with me please. You must get away from the house.

Everyone followed the officer down the walk and outside the gates. They
waited a few minutes and talked. Then the chief came down the walk.

"We have the answer to the fire." said the Chief.

Chapter. 18

"Oh, please tell us!" said Megan

"Well, this is what we think happend.

We found a rock in the room and a hole in one of the windows. There was also a smashed picture frame above the mantle. Some kids must have of been fooling around outside and shot a rock from a slingshot through the window wich must have hit the picture frame and broke it. Then the picture that was in the frame must have fell out and landed in the fire place wich we guess was still hot. The paper fabric must have caught a small flame that was still in the fire place so it must have started the fire again, then a breeze must have came through the window and hit the fire place and must have blown around the fire witch caused flares in the air. Witch must have hit the highly flameble fabric furniture in the room, then you now the rest.

"Thats probably what happened." said Peanut.

"Yes." agreed the other maids and butlers.

“Oh! I knew I should have put out the fire.”said Megan

"I'll call someone to fix it tomorrow." said peanut.

"Is the house safe to go in?" asked Megan

"Oh yes. It wasn’t to bad a fire and there’s a low chance it will start up again.
But if it does we'll be here in a hurry.' said the chief.

"Well, we better get out of here, said the chief."

Then he took out his walky-talky and said-

"Lets move out everyone!"

Then all the helicopters turned off their spotlights and flew away into the
darkness. The ambulances, fire truckers, and police cars turned off their
sirens and drove away. The chief took a little box out of his pocket and pushed a red button. It made a beep then
all the lights around and in the house turned off but they could see around
them because there was a full moon out.The chief got into his car and rolled
down his window.

"Have a good night!" he said as he drove away following the other cars.

Everyone walked silently up to the house and into the door. Some parts of
the house was muddy and wet because of the fire fighters boots. The door to
the living room was blocked off with police tape.

"When you call the people tomorrow you can hire some people to clean this place
up. I'll give you a day off tomorrow."Said Megan

"Why thank you Miss Megan!" said the maids and butlers.

"I just have one thing to say, if they went into my room I’ll have their
heads!" said Megan

Everyone started to laugh. Then everyone walked silently to their
rooms.Megan found that they didn’t go into her room and was happy. Peter and
Megan walked into their rooms and into their beds and drifted to sleep for
the second time that night.

Chapter. 19

No!No! She cant!She cant!

"Peter!Wake up!" screamed Megan.

Peters eyes shot open. He started breathing hard.

"You were having a bad dream." said Megan

"I know, I was there." said Peter

"What happened in it?" said Megan

"I-it's nothing."

"Ok, but if you are in need to talk..." said Megan.

Megan had heard Peter talking in his sleep because their rooms a very large
and Megans room is next to Peters. Megans bed is on the wall that Peter's
is.

Megan walked out of the room. Peter looked at his clock. It was 7:23. He got
up and went to the bathroom in his room and washed his face. He went back
into the main room of his bedroom. He went over to the desk in his room and
took a piece of paper out and a pen. he wrote on the pad-

"I'll be back later."
-Peter

He walked out of his room and stuck the piece of paper onto his door. (It was
a sticky note) He walked down the hall and down the stairs, he walked
slowly down the walk and opened the gate. He didn’t want to use the
teleporter. He walked slowly down the road and went to the town gate.

"Goodmorning!" said Booker

"Thanks..." said Peter

"Is something wrong?" asked Booker

"I-its nothing."

"Okay." said Booker.

He pulled the lever and the gate opened. Peter walked out and started to walk
down the path.

Meanwhile at the house Megan was getting out of the shower and put new
cloths on then went to do her hair. When she was done she walked out of her
room and down the hall for breakfast. She didn’t notice the note on Peters
door. She walked into the dining room expecting to see Peter at his seat.
But he wasn’t their.

"Have you soon Peter, Peanut?" asked Megan.

Peanut was putting things on the table.

"I’m afraid I haven’t. I've been in here all morning." said Peanut.

"Ok, I’ll go look for him." said Megan

She walked out of the room and down the hall. She was about to nock on Peters
door when she saw the note that was hanging on it. She read it then walked
back down the hall and into the dining room.

"There’s a note on his door. He left to go somewhere." said Megan to everyone
in the room.

"Hmm, I wonder were." said peanut.

"Well, lets eat." said Megan

Everyone sat down and started eating. When everyone was done the maids and
butlers put everything on the trays and carried them into the kitchen.
Megan went with them.

"Peanut. You can call them now." said Megan

"Call who?" asked Megan

"The people for today. Remember? I'm giving you the day off." said Megan

"Oh yes. I forgot. We're all going to Nooking Sun." said Peanut

"Ok." said Megan

She walked out of the door and sat down and worried about Peter. A few
minutes later all the maids and butlers came out of the kitchen.

"They should be here in a few hours." announced Peanut.

They all started to go out of the room but Megan stopped them.

"Do you guys think I'm going to let you go to Nooking Sun without anything
from me?" said Megan

"Hers some money for all of you." said Megan again.

She took out a huge roll of cash out of her pocket and unrolled it. They
were all hundreds. She handed 5 to everyone.

"Oh my!" said everyone

"Thank you so much!" exclaimed Peanut.

"To the slot machines!" said one of the butlers

"I'm going to play poker!" said a maid

"Well, have a good time!" said Megan

Everyone walked out of the room and out into the foyer then out the door
then around the house. 3 butlers went into the very large garage and
pulled to the front of the house in 3 limos with red white and blue on them
and flags with a symbol on them and the writting."Megan" on the sides with
a picture of her next to it. Everyone got in the limos and they pulled out
of the driveway and down the road.

Chapter. 20

Back on the path Peter was still walking slowly. He was depressed. He had a
bad dream the night before. He put his hand in his jacket pocket and felt something. He pulled out the picture that he took from his house. He looked at it, it was a picture of Pelly.

'Oh no!" gasped Peter

"I forgot to pick Pelly up!" he said again.

He started running down the path. He heard music playing from the left a
little up ahead. It was a town. He walked to the closed gate and there was a
little speaker playing music. The below the speaker was a little black box
with a slit, and above the box was little gold writing-

" Megan’s teleporting service."

"Yes!" said Peter to himself.

He slid his card (He always has it on a chain around his neck) through the
slit and like he expected, a little hole opened next to him and a pod came
out. The same pod that always came out. A light teal skin and gold trim
around the door. On the door was writing he hadn’t noticed before-

"Miss Megan’s and fiends pod."

He thought there must be one for people with different cards.

The door didn’t open though as it usually did. He found a little box on the side
with red writing on top-

"Lift casing and pull down lever is door doesn’t open."

"Well, it’s worth a try." said Peter to himself. He felt around the box and
found a little box on the bottom, he pushed it and the glass over the box
slid up and behind it was a little lever, he pulled it. The door of the pod
opened slowly at first then opened faster the rest of the way. The lever went
up and the glass slid down over the box. It looked normal so he climbed in.
The door closed like normal but the list didn’t appear.

Computer: Sorry, the storm last night has effected the pods sercetry. Please wait as I restart the system.

The computers voice seemed a little choppy, Peter though I must have of ben the storm.

All the lights in the pod shut off and the soft noise of the engine fell silent. The Peter heard a fan flic on and the engine turn on. It was a very faint noise though. There was beeping, then the lights flicked on and the computer came on again.

System restart complete.

The list appeared. He selected the hospital
and the pod opened and there he was infront of the hospital. He ran up to the
hospital doors and rushed in ,forgetting to sign in, and ran to the
elevator and went up to Pelly's floor and ran down the hall.

Chapter. 21

Peter found Pelly's room and flung open the door and ran in. He saw Pelly
laying on the bed and gave a big sigh. Pelly looked up.

"Oh Peter! I thought you weren’t coming!" exclaimed Pelly.

"I'm so sorry! After what happened with the storm yesterday I forgot all about
you! I'm so sorry! Please forgive me!" said Peter

"Don’t worry, its ok, the nurse said I would have to wait another day anyway
because of the storm. But now your here and I can leave!" said Pelly
excitedly

"Ok. I'll go get a nurse, ok?" said Peter

"Oh no, thats ok, I can do it."said Pelly

She reached for something on her table that had a bunch of buttons on it,
she pressed the one on the top.

"A nurse should be here any second." Said Pelly.

And just as she finished saying this a nurse walked into the room.

"Wow! That was fast!" exclaimed Peter.

Nurse: Well I was walking down the hall when I saw a flashing light on the panel near your door so I just walked in.

"Oh, ok." said Peter

Nurse: Well, whets the problem Pelly?

She turned to Pelly.

"Well, is it are right for me to leave yet? I'm going to be staying with
Peter and Megan." said Pelly

Nurse: Oh my! Your staying with Megan!?

"Yes, this is Peter, the one that is staying with her now." said Pelly

The nurse turned to Peter.

"Oh yes! Iv heard of you! Everyone’s talking about you and Miss Megan now!
Well, anyway, of course you can go now. But you will have to be in a wheel
chair for a while, and take these once a day.

She handed Pelly a bottle that was in her pocket.

"Ok." said Pelly

She took the bottle. The nurse went to the corner of the room and took a
folded wheel chair from the others stacked beside the wall. She unfolded it
and wheeled it over the bed.

"Let me hold the bottle for you, Pelly." said peter

"Thank you." said Pelly

She handed the bottle to Peter.

Nurse: Do you think you can stand?

"I’m pretty sure I can." Said Pelly

She shifted her legs off the bed so they were dangling off of it. She
hopped off of the bed and walked and sat down in the wheel chair.

"I can walk, but my legs do hurt when I walk." said Pelly.

Nurse: Well, just take that medicine once a day and try to stay off your
feet as much as possible.

"Ok, I will."said Pelly

"Ok, well you can go now. You didn’t bring any personal belongings, did you?"
said the nurse

"No, all my things are gone, but I never had much jewelry or anything
expensive. I may have had some ear rings and necklaces but nothing to fancy.
I’m sure Megan would let me borrow I little money..?" said Pelly

"I'm sure she would!" said Peter

"Ok then, good bye! I hope to see you soon!Well, not around here that is!"
said the nurse.

Peter grabbed the handles of the wheel chair and wheeled it out into the
hall then down the hall at a slow speed. They got into the elevator then out
downstars, he wheeled her out of the hospital and down the handicap
entrance way instead of the stars, because that would be very hard. He
wheeled her down the walk way and out of the big gate and they started down
the dirt road. They didnt say anything the rest of the way home. But it wasn’t
really home. It was a new home.

Chapter. 22

"Oh, what’s wrong?" said Booker when they reached the gate.

"She’s got caught in the disaster at my old town.."

"Oh, I’m so sorry." said Booker

By this time Pelly had fallen asleep in the wheel chair. She was dreaming of
the wonderful life that lay ahead.

Booker opened the gate and Peter went in with Pelly.He walked slowly down the
path not to disturb Pelly. The gates made a loud squeak when they opened.
Pelly opened her eyes slowly being awakened by the noise. When Pelly's eyes
fixed to the sight of the open gates leading up to the mansion she gave a
shriek and jump up in the wheel chair.Breathing deeply she said-

"Is..this..Megan's mansion..?" Pelly asked shakily.

"Yep, its your new home." said peter

Without another word Peter wheeled Pelly up to the double doors and opend
them then they went into the Foyer.

"Oh my gosh....this..is the biggest place iv ever seen in my life." said
Pelly

"Yep, I had the same felling when I first saw it." said Peter

Megan appeard at the top of the foyer were the stars met.

"So we meet again! Are you here to visit?" said Megan

"We-" started Pelly but Peter cut her off.

"Omm, not exactly. We were wondering if,omm, Pelly could stay here.."said
Peter

"Oh! Of course! Anything for my best friends friend!" said Megan

"Oh thank you! Thank you so much!" said Pelly.

"Its no problem!" said Megan

"Were should I bring her?" asked Peter

"Oh, follow me."

Megan walked down the stairs and over to a little table with a plant on it
and slid it aside. And can anyone guess what was behind it? Yes, another
slit. Megan slid her card through the slit and the wall infront of it
slide to the side.

"I just got this installed." said Megan

Behind the door was a gleaming silver double doors with a button on the
side. Megan pushed the button and the doors opened. Behind the doors was a
little room,

"It’s an elevator!" said Megan
“Heh, nothing seems to surprise me anymore.”said Peter

Peter wheeled Pelly into the elevator and Megan walked in behind them She
pushed a button that had a 2 on it and the doors closed and the elevator
went up. The doors opened and they were on the second floor.

"Right this way!" said Megan

Peter followed her with Pelly. They went down the hall and they stopped
infront of a set of doors that were across from Peters. Megan opened the doors
and there behind them was a replica of Peters room.

"Oh my! Its wonderful!" said Pelly

"Glad you like it. Just go down this hall and go into the last door on the
right in the morning for breakfast."said Megan

"Okay."said Pelly

"I'll meet you out here in the morning anyway."said Peter

Peter wheeled Pelly into the room and stopped right next to the bed. Pelly
got up, her legs shaking, and walked to the edge of the bed and crawled onto
the bed.

"Mmmm....this so comfy!" said Pelly

"Glad your comfortable!" said Megan

"Tomorrow we can go get you some new clothes and things."said Megan

Pelly looked down at herself and saw she was still wearing her hospital
gown.

"Oops!I forgot!" said Pelly

Everyone laughed then walked out of the room and into their own rooms.

Chapter. 23

An hour later after they were all asleep and the assistant butlers and
maids who had come that morning left and a little while after that it was
8:19 and the gates opened and up drove a couple of limos. The maids and
butlers got out and some drove them back to the garage. Everyone went into
the house tired after a long day at NookingSun (Nooking Sun is casino)
and went to their rooms and went fast asleep. The house was quit. But
outside someone in a black and white stripped shirt with a black mask on was
lurking around the mansion looking for a way in. But unfortunately for him
the mansion was surrounded with trip wires that went on at night and every
window and door was locked tight at that time too. If a single trip wire was
set off or if something was fittled with it would automatically contact the
F.B.I and all near police and fire stations and a high volt electric fence
would rise high above the mansion except for the main gate and all the lights
would turn on and red lights would start flashing. He knew this, but he was
going to be taking a chance.

At 8:00 AM Peter woke up and got dressed. He walked out of his room and knocked
on Pelly's door.

"Come in!" said Pelly on the other side of the door.

Peter opened the door and walked in.

"Good morning." said Peter

"You too." said Pelly

"Did you take your pills?"said Peter

"I’m doing it right now." said Pelly.

There was a cup filled with water on he night stand. She took the bottle out
of a draw in the night stand and took out the pills she needed. She picked
up the cup and popped the pills in her mouth and drank the water.

"Ugh! These taste horrible!" said Pelly

"Sorry to hear." said Peter

"Well, ummm, do we go to breakfast now?" asked Pelly

"Yep." said Peter

He walked over to the wheelchair Pelly was sitting in, she was still wearing
the hospital gown, and put his hands on the handles.

"No no, I’ll do it. I need to learn how to." said Pelly

"Ok." said Peter

Pelly put his hands on the rims of the wheels and Peter let go, she wheeled
Herself over to the door and Peter opened it for her.

"Thanks." said Pelly

She went out into the hall and Peter led her down the hall and into the
dining room. Everyone was sitting at the table talking, everyone stopped
talking and looked up.

"Good morning!" said everyone.

Peter wheeled Pelly over to the seat next to Peters and pushed the chair
away and pushed Pelly next to the table so the wheel chair was her seat.

"Thank you." said Pelly

"Your welcome." said Peter as he took his seat.

"This feels embarrassing." said Pelly in a shy manner

"Its ok, we are all family here." Megan said to Pelly with a smile

The butlers and maids brought out the food and everyone started eating.

Chapter. 24

"This is great!" exclaimed Pelly.

"Thanks!." said all the cooks.

"Yes, they have always been wonderful cooks." said Megan

They continued to eat and after a little while.

"Oh!I almost forgot. How did everything go at Nooking Sun?" asked Megan

"It was great! We all had a great time not to mention we won so much money."
said Peanut speaking for all of them.

"Well that’s good. Whenever you have some free time you can go out and buy
some things for yourself." said Megan

"Oh why thank you so much Miss Megan!." said Peanut talking for all of them
again.

They continued eating then when everyone was done the butlers and maids
brought everything into the kitchen.

"Ok, well. First off we need to get you some things, Pelly." said Megan

"Oh, thank you. But I don’t need to much." said Pelly

"Oh don’t worry! You can have as much as you want." said Megan

"Well, I guess it won’t hurt if I got a few things..."said Pelly

"It wouldn’t at all! You stayed back to try to save eaveryones money! And you didn’t even get yours. You deserve some things. Now
Peter, you can do what ever you want, you can go buy some things at the stores
while me and Pelly are shopping or you can just lay around the house all day.
I mean there’s much more to this place then what you’ve seen." said Megan

"Ok, I’ll stay here, I can shop later." said Peter

"Ok." said Megan

Everyone got up. Peter walked to his room to wash up before his adventure.
Megan said follow me to Pelly and they walked to her room.

"Well, let’s see what you can wear while we are shopping." said Megan
rummaging through her closet.

She kept looking for a while.

"I know I have something that you would love. I always see you with a vest
on soo.....aha! Here it is!."

Megan pulled out a clean purple velvet vest with buttons down the middle and
gold trim around the top and bottom.

"Wow..." said Pelly

"Go try it on in the bathroom." said Megan

She handed Pelly the vest and Pelly went over to the bathroom.

“Omm..Megan? Could you open this dor for me, I cant really do much in this wheelchair..”said Pelly

“Oh! Sorry.”said Megan

Megan walked to the door and opened it for Pelly, Pelly wen tin and Megan closed the door halfway so Pelly could open the door herself.

"Hey, you’ve been wheeling yourself everywhere this morning. You sure you don’t
want me to help?" said Megan

"No, I’m fine. But thanks for asking." said Pelly

"Ok.” said Megan.

There was a moment of silence.

Pelly opened the door and wheeled herself out wearing the vest Megan had
given her.

"You look great!" said Megan

"I feel great! It fits just right!" said Pelly

"That’s good. Now for shoes."said Megan

(The residents in this world didn’t were pants, most didn’t even were shirts, but their animals so it dosnt matter of course humens like Peter and Megan did though. Some animal do were shirts though.)

She went over to her other closet and opened it. It was filled with accessories
and shoes and hats and scarfs. She picked out one that was purple with gold
trim.

"Are these ok?" said Megan

"Their perfect!" said Pelly

"Well, you’re only going to be wearing them for shopping so it doesn’t really
matter. And if you don’t find any vest like that in the store then just ask
and you can have that one." said Megan

"Ok, thanks." said Pelly

Megan walked over to Pelly with the shoes and put them on Pelly feet and
tied a knot.

"Do they fit ok?" asked Megan

"They fit great." said Pelly

"Ok, well, lets get going then." said Megan

Pelly wheeled herself beside Megan and they went into the hall. They went
down it and found the elevator. They went in then they went down it and they
went out the front door and down the walk and out the gate.

Chapter. 25

They walked down the path until they came to Nookingtons.

"Ok, lets do this!." said Megan

"Right on!" said Pelly going up the handicap entrance.

The went into Nooks, Nook came running up to them.

"Welcome welcome! How much money would you like me to take from you?" said
Nook

"What did you just say?!" said Megan

"What are you looking for?" said Nook nervously.

"I thought so." said Megan sternly

"We're just looking." said Pelly

"Who in the blazes is this?!" said Nook

"Excuse me?!" said Pelly crossly

"Ok, that’s it. We're going to the town mall!" said Megan crossly.

"No!Please, wait! I'll give you a free sample of any food!" said Nook as
Megan and Pelly went out the door.

"What a jerk!" said Pelly

"You'll have to get used to it.." said Megan

The walked more down the path until they came to a big place with a sigh
saying "Town Mall" on it. They went to the doors and 2 workers working at
the doors opened the doors.

"Welcome!" said both workers.

"Thank you." said Pelly and Megan

They walked into the mall and Megan led Pelly to the first store she saw.

"Ok, pick anything you want and as much as you want." said Megan

"Wow, everything is so expensive.."said Pelly

"Don’t worry! Must I remind you I’m the richest person in this world?" said
Megan

"Well, I know but.."said Pelly

"Look, I keep 5000 dollars in my pocketbook a day. And we aren’t leaving until
you spend every last penny of it."said Megan.

"Well, if you say so."said Pelly

Pelly went around the room, Megan following.

"This looks gorgeous!"said Pelly

She was pointing to a diamond necklace.

"Ok, if that’s something you want you get." said Megan

She took a key from her purse and put it in the key hole. She turned it and
there was a click. Then Megan slid the door open and took the necklace.

"Megan?" said Pelly

"Yes?"said Megan

"Why do you have a key to open that?" said Pelly

"This is a key to the town. It will unlock any store case or door." said
Megan

"Cool." said Pelly

"It is." said Megan

They went around the room getting more stuff. Then they went to the counter
to pay. They had gotten the diamond necklace, a small diamond ring, ruby
earrings, a sapphire bracelet, and a diamond watch.

Cashmere: Your total is 3000 dollars.

Megan handed the cashier 3 1000 dollar bills.

"Thank you! Come again!." said the cashier as Megan and Pelly were leaving.

"Ok, off to get clothes. said Megan

Chapter. 26

Megan and Pelly walked, well Megan was walking at least, down the mall
saying hello and waving to people as they passed.

"Ah! Here it is!" said Megan

They went into a store called Nook Topic.

"Wow, Nook sure owns a lot of places!" said Pelly

"You better believe it." said Megan

They went around the room picking out cloths and shoes and hats and scarfs,
and many more accessories to make a new outfit every day for at least 3 years. Then
they went to the counter to pay.

Cashier:Hello!

"Hi." said Megan and Pelly putting everything on the counter.

The worker scanned everything and put everything in bags, Lots of bags.

Cashier: That brings your total to...1,960 dollars.

"Wow, this place is cheap!" said Pelly

"That’s why I chose it." said Megan laughing

She handed the man the money and left the room.

"Ok, let’s go home I guess" said Megan.

"Ok." said Pelly.

The went out of the mall and up the path. As the passed Nooks the could see
him in the window drooling at all the bags. They went up the path and they
reached the house, they went up the walk and into the house.

"I'll go ask Peanut to put this stuff away." said Megan

And she went off to find peanut. Pelly went into one of the living rooms and
found Peter on the couch watching a movie.

"So, how’d your adventure go? Did you find anything in the couch?" said Pelly
laughing. Peter started laughing to.

"I was about to start exploring when I found this movie on TV. I used to love
it." said Peter

"Oh, ok." said Pelly

Pelly looked at the watch she had gotten. She had put it on before Megan went
off.

"Oh my! Its that late all ready!" said Pelly

"Yeah, you’ve been gone pretty long." said Peter

"It only seemed like a hour or so though!" said Pelly

"Well, time can play tricks on you." said Peter

"Well, I don’t really feel too good. I think I’m going to go take a nap." said
Pelly

"Ok, see you later." said Peter

Pelly went out into the foyer and up the elevator and into her room and found
Peanut putting cloths away.

"Hello!" said Peanut

"Hi, I’m going to take a nap if that’s ok with you. I don’t feel the best." said
Pelly

"Well ok. I hope you feel better." said peanut and continued to put things
away.

"Thanks." said Pelly

Pelly got up and got into her bed, taking off her shoes first.She fell fast
asleep. It didn’t really turn out to be a nap. She slept through the
rest of the day. When all the lights were out and everyone was asleep and
everything was locked, someone outside was ready to make his move.

Chapter. 27

Someone outside in a black and white stripped shirt and a black mask and
tight pants was lurking around the house waiting to see if a light would go
on. He came around to the front of the house, he perfectly knew about the
security system. He knew were the wires were and he jumped onto the fence
and climbed over it. He took a can out of his pocket and pulled a tab off it
and threw it up the path. After the smoke was gone he could see security
lasers zigzagging around on the ground. He stepped carefully through the
beams and he reached the front of the house. He took off his mask and took
out something from inside it. It was a card key! He slid it through the slit
and heard a click.

"Yes!" said the man

He opened one of the big doors slowly and stepped in. he closed the door
behind him. He walked slowly across the foyer and right to the wall
in the middle of both stairs and tapped it.

"Yes, its still here." said the man to himself.

When he tapped it, it sounded hollow, like a door. He felt the wall infront
of him, his fingers fell into a cut in the wall paper, he felt a little to
the right and grabbed something. He pulled it. The wall in front of him
opened up. It was a door with wall paper on it. he walked in a shut the door
behind him. He took a mini flashlight from his pocket and put it in his
mouth so he could see. Infront of him was a spiral staircase that looked like
it went on forever. On his back was a parachute. He stepped onto the
staircase and climbed up onto the railing and jumped off. He let himself
fall a moment then he pulled the cord on his parachute and the parachute
came out and he drifted down. Next to him was the staircase still. He took
the flashlight from his mouth and pointed it down. It was still a while
down. He fell for about 5 more minutes and then he hit the ground and the
parachute fell down on top of him. He unbuckled it and stood up. He was in a
long hallway. He started walking down it. He pointed his flash light down
the hall and saw a door. He kept walking a few minutes then he reached the
door. Above the door was two cameras. The person in the security room was
sleeping. The man took 2 small pieces black cloth from his pocket and hung
them over the lens of the cameras. He looked at the door, next to it was
many turn locks and slits. He turned all the locks and slid his card through
all the slits.(All the locks and sli

black room(He was miles underground). He pointed his
flashlight around. In the middle of the room sitting on a fancy rock stand
inside a heavy plastic case was a diamond. The biggest diamond in the world.
It was the size of an average computer monitor. When his lights hit it it
sent light gleaming around the room. He turned off the light and took
another one of those small cans from his pocket and pulled the cord and set it on the ground next to him. When the
smoke was gone he could see security laser beams zigzagged on the floor. He
stepped carefully through the beams and reached the diamond. He took a
paperclip from his pocket and twisted it. He stuck it into the lock on the
case and fiddled it around. He heard a click and took the clip out and put it
back in his pocket. He opened the case slowly.

"I got it." said the man

Chapter. 28

He took a big crumpled up sack from his pocket and put one side in his mouth
so it hung open. He lifted the diamond and put it slowly into the sack. He tied
the sack and put it on the ground. He pointed his flashlight up and saw the
thing he was looking for. A little black box. It was the thing that was
powering the laser beams. he took something out of his pocket and pointed it
up and pushed the bottom on it. It was a laser. It burned a hole through the
box and the laser beams on the ground went out. He put the laser back in his
pocket and dragged the bag over to the north wall. He slid his card through
a slit on the wall and a hole opened in the ground and a teleport pod came
up. He sat down in it holding the sack on his lap. This was a special
teleporter. It brought you around the house. He selected an option from the
screen that came up called "Front yard." and instantly the door opened and he
was in the front yard of the mansion. He climbed out with the sack and
dragged it out of the gate (The teleporter brought him to the gate.),but he
forgot about the wires. The bag went over the wire and the tip of the diamond
was so sharp it broke the wire and immediately sirens started going off,
lights turned on, a electric gate rose above the mansion and metal bars rose
above all windows and you could here sirens coming up the street and
helicopters coming from above. The person in the security woke up and saw
the cameras and the place were the diamond was, he picked up a microphone-

"Miss Megan, Miss Megan! The diamond!"

All the maids and chefs and butlers woke up and so did Megan Pelly, and
Peter. Peter and Megan ran down the hall and into the foyer and met all the
workers, Pelly came out from the elevator.

"Ok everyone! You know what to do! Come on! Hurry!" shouted Megan

"What’s going on?!" asked Pelly and Peter

"I'll explain later!" said Megan

All the workers went down the stairs and back up carrying small guns.

"Everyone move out! Pelly, Peter, come with me!" shouted Megan

Peanut ran up to Megan and gave here one of the small guns.

Megan ran out the front door leading everyone else. Someone that was passing
Pelly and Peter handed them a gun. Meanwhile the man outside was panicing, he couldn’t get out. All the workers ran outside and formed a huge
circle around the man all kneeling and pointing their guns.

"Put your hands in the air and no one gets hurt!" shouted Megan

Helicopters appeared above with their spotlights pointed at the man, fire
trucks and police cars stopped out side the gate, vans with big yellow
letters on the side saying F.B.I. and other vans labeled C.I.A. also stopped
outside the gates, one of them opened the gates (The had something that would
do it, it was the chief of the CIA.) All the police officers and F.B.I. and C.I.A.
people ran in and stopped anywhere all pointing guns at the man.

"This is the F.B.I., C.I.A., and police department, put your hands up!" shouted a
officer through a megaphone.

The man knew he couldn’t escape so he threw his hand up.

"Ok,ok! I surrender!" shouted the man

"Hey! That voice sounds familiar!" said Megan

A officer ran up to the man and pulled off his mask.

Chapter. 29

Everybody gasped.

"Theodor! I should have known!" said Megan

"Don’t worry, he’s going into special refinement now!" said one of the F.B.I.
people

A couple people from the F.B.I. came over and handcuffed Theodor and threw him
into the back of one of the armored trucks and drove away. All the
helicopters and vans and trucks and cars drove away and soon the place was
empty except for the workers, Megan, Pelly, and Peter.

"What was all that about?" said Peter

"Yeah." said Pelly

"I'll explain inside." said Megan

"Peanut, could you please bring the diamond back?" said Megan

"Right away." said Peanut

She got up and walked over to the bag and picked it up. She slid her card
through a slit on the wall and the teleporter appeared, she got in with the
bag then slid a different card through a slit inside it and a new screen
came up, it was the house one. She selected the diamond room and the pod
instantly disappeared.

"Ok, everyone back inside. Alfonso, turn off the security system please."
said Megan

"Yes madam." said Alfonso the security man.

He went in and in a minute or two the fence went down and the lights went
out and the alarms stopped. Then the lights inside went on, by now it was
morning anyway.The sun just started to come up. Megan led everyone inside. A
maid took Megan, Pelly, and Peter's guns and all the workers went
downstairs.

"Come with me, I’ll explain." said Megan

Megan led them into the dining room and they sat down the table.

"Ok, here’s there story. Four years ago, before I went to the other town, I
had another butler. His name was Theodor, that was the person that was
outside. One night when he was cleaning because one of the maids was sick,
he was dusting the wall when he found the secret entrance to my diamond
room. He got through the traps I set and found the diamond. He brought it up
and tried to sneak out. But he was caught like he was today. He must have
escaped from prison. None of my workers knew about the diamond until that
day, I explained it to them. It’s the biggest diamond in the world. Does that
answered your questions?" said Megan

"Yeah, just about." said Peter

"Yep." said Pelly

"Yawn." yawned Megan

"I think we should go back to bed for a little while." said Peter

"I agree." said Pelly

"Yeah." said Megan

The all got up and went to their rooms, well, Peter and Megan got up that is.
Pelly in her wheel chair wheeled herself behind Peter and Megan.

Chapter. 30

Everyone went to sleep for a few hours, then slowly, one by one they all
got up and wandered into the dining room like zombies. They all sat down and
began to eat. There wasn’t much talking going on during breakfast that day
until Megan broke the silence.

"Everyone, I want you all to just forget what happened last night,ok?”said
Megan

"Yes." said everyone half asleep.

"After breakfast I want to see Peter and Pelly in the foyer sitting room
after you have gotten changed and freshened up." said Megan

"Ok.."said Peter and Pelly half asleep chewing on some food

Megan got up and walked out of the dining room. She was still tense from the
other night. She walked to her room to take a shower and put new clothes on.
Back in the dining room everyone slowly began to brake away from the table
and go in different directions. Peter and Pelly went to their rooms to
freshen up. Pelly was going slow because she was tired and she was in a
wheelchair. They both went into their rooms. When they were done they wandered into the
foyer sitting room and Peter sat on the couch, Pelly on the side of the
couch.

"You wanted to see us?" said Peter to Megan

"Yes. I feel that we should get away for a while."said Megan

"Like a vacation?" said Pelly

"That’s right. We’re all going on a vacation.”said Megan

"Wow! I haven’t been on a vacation in ages!" said Peter

"Oh, ok, well, we’re all going to..Halowii!”said Megan

"Halowii?!" exclaimed Pelly

"That’s just about the best vacation stop in the world!" said Peter

"And that’s why we're going. I've already booked everything! We are going on
Nook Air,plane 21. Our flight leaves in 1 week from today. We are staying a
whole week their. We are staying in a luxury sweet on the top floor of the
Nook Plaza Hotel." said Megan

"Wow..."said Pelly and Peter

"How much is this costing?" asked Pelly

"Does it matter? I get a million dollars sent to me every day." said Megan

"True." said Pelly

"Wow...living with a rich person is awesome..." Peter mumbled.

"Oh, and I called the hospital, your leg will be fine in 3 days!" said Megan

"Yay!”Said Pelly

"Well, you guys can go do whatever you want. I’v said what I wanted to say."
said Megan

They all broke off into different directions of the house.

Chapter. 31

Well, 1 week past. Nothing interesting happened. It was like normal
life..well, except for the fact that they were in a mansion. Like promised,
Pelly's leg got better and she was walking now, they had returned the
wheelchair to the hospital. The night before the three of them left Peanut
was busy packing their suitcases and gathering credit cards and such.

Right after breakfast on Monday morning, Peanut brought
Megan, Peter, and Pelly to the front door were there were 3 big suitcases.
All marked with a different name.

"Ok, everyone ready?" said Megan

"Oh yeah!" said Peter

"Definitely!" said Pelly

"Let’s make a promise to have fun and only fun!" said Megan

"Yeah!" said Pelly and Peter

Peanut opened the doors and outside was one of Megan's limos. Some butlers
came outside of the limo and helped put the suitcases into the trunk of the
limo. Megan, Pelly, and Peter all got into the limo and the driver drove
off.

"Wow! This limo is huge!" said peter

"You bet! Its a double stretch!" said Megan

"It just keeps getting better and better!" said Pelly

Two hours past until they pulled up to the front of the airport.

"Are we supposed to park here?" asked Pelly

"Don’t worry, they know me." said Megan

They all got out. The driver opened the trunk from the inside. Two bell boys
ran over with a cart and greeted them.

"Oh Miss Megan! I’ve heard rumors that your back but I didn’t believe them! Oh
Its wonderful to see you again!" said one of them

"Ugh..its good to see you too..? Can you just get our suitcases onto Nook Air,
flight 21?" said Megan

"Oh! of course!" said the other bell boy.

They both ran over to the trunk and put the stuff on the cart. The bell boys
led them into the airport building and the driver drove off. The bell boys
went off in a different direction.

"Follow me." said Megan

She led them up a flight of stairs around a corner, down a hallway and into
a waiting area to wait for flights. Megan led them to the ticket collector.
As they got closer they could here the collector tell someone they would
have to wait to get on the plane.

"Oh! Miss Megan! Go right in!" said the collector

Megan walked by handing the tickets to the collector. The collector found a
hundred dollar bill in the middle of the tickets. She looked back at Megan,
Megan winked.

"What was that about?" said Peter

"Oh, I know her, shes an old friend of mine. I don’t see her much." said
Megan as they were walking down the turminul to board the plane.

Chapter. 32

They all walked down the turminul to the
end. Once they reached the end they saw a women standing at there, her back toward them. She heard footsteps behind her. She wheeled
around.

"I’m sorry but we arn-"began the attendant

The attendant looked closer at Megan

"Miss Megan! Is that you?!" said the attendant.

"It sure is!" said Megan

"Oh! Well welcome back! I've heard you were came back! So who are they?" said
the attendant

"On my right is Peter and on my left is Pelly." said Megan

"Hi." said Peter and Pelly

"Well then, I wouldn’t want to keep you, go right in!" said the attendant.

She stepped aside and they all walked into the plane. They walked through the
curtain to first class. A attendant looked up from what she was doing.

"Oh Miss Megan! Welcome! Please enjoy your flight!" said the attendant
leaving that part of the plane.

"Ok, follow me." said Megan

"Ok." said Peter and Pelly

"Lets see....were at seats 1 2 and 3...closest to the front door...AH! Here
they are!" said Megan

"Wow! These seats are huge!" said Peter

"Yeah!" said Pelly

"Is this your first time on a plane?" said Megan

"For me ,no, iv been on vacations with my friends. But never in first class."
said Peter

"Yeah, me to." said Pelly

"Ok, who doesn’t like window seats?" asked Megan

"Oh, I hate window seats." said Pelly

"Ok then, I’ll be on this side, you 2 can be on that side since, well, you
know." said Megan

"Ok." said Pelly blushing.

"Aren’t these seats weird? I meen look at them, there’s only one row on the
right and 2 rows on the left..weird." said peter

"Yeah, they have always been like that, iv never found out why." said Megan

Megan went to the right and sat down. And Peter went to the window seat and
sat, and Pelly sat next to Peter in the seat next to him.

"Wow! These are comfy!" said Peter

"Yeah! They are!" said Pelly

"Glad your comfortable!" said Megan

"Wow, theres so many things on the seat!" said Pelly

"Yeah." said Peter

"Yep. In the little pouch on the side of your seat are your headphones.
(Pelly, Peter and Megan took out a set of headphones out of a pouch on the
side of their seats) Second thing is that there’s a screen on the wall
infront of you, there’s satellite T.V., there’s games, and music. You have to
plug in your head phones to the slot on the side of your armrest. (They all
plugged their headsets into the slot on the side of their seats.) There is
controls for the screen on the right of your armrests. The sound control is
under them, there’s radio on the left armrest, there’s a vibration control
under that, and finally if you push the red button the seat will recline.
The attendant will explain the emergency things later." said Megan

“Is it just me, or is this town, well, more like city, a lot, LOT, bigger then Pine Village?” asked Peter. “Yeah, it’s a lot bigger, but Pine Vilage is a village, this is a city,it’s the largest of all the towns around here.” Said Megan. “Oh, okay.” Said Peter

Everyone stopped talking and began doing things. Peter watched T.V., Megan put
on music and reclined in her chair and set it to low vibration and closed
her eyes, and Pelly played a game while vibrating. And after a while people
began to enter the plane.

Chapter. 33

They could hear people bustling around behind the curtain so the stopped what
they were doing. after a while it got silent in the back. Then an attendant
came on over the speaker and gave her speech.

"Welcome everyone to Nook Air! I hope the people who are going back home had
a great time here and I hope the people going on vacation have a wonderful
time in Halowii! If everyone would please buckle their seats belts for take off
that would be great. -she waited a few minutes- Ok, if you look up you will
see that there are 2 symbols, one with a green detached belt and one with a
red attached belt, and as you can see the red light is on. When it is green
you can take off your seat belt but when its read you must put it on. Now,
onto the emergency procedures. If the plane loses power are is
unstable a mouth mask will fall from the sealing. If this does happen
please fasten the mask around your mouth and buckle up and try to stay calm.
That’s it for now. I hope you have a wonderful time on Nook Air!" finished
the attendant.

A few minutes after the attendant logged off everyone heard the flaps being
lowered and the turbines beginning to spin. A minute later they all felt a
hard jerk. Everyone looked out their windows.

"Here we go!" said Megan

"I’m so excited!" said Pelly

"Me to!" said Peter

"Well that’s good!" said Megan

The plane started rolling faster and faster forward, then the turbines
slowed down as the plane took turns to get onto the runway. The plane brakes
were engaged and the turbines began spinning at full speed. There was
another jerk as the brakes were disengaged. They started speeding at full
speed down the runway. A couple inches before the flashing lights at the end
of the runway the plane lifted off the ground and tilted almost straight up.

"Weee!" said Pelly

"Wow, I haven’t been on a plane for so long! I forgot the feel of it!" said
Peter

"Yeah." said Pelly

"Its great to be back!" said Megan

After about five minutes of going slanted at a 80 degree angle the plane began going down so it was even.
Megan and Peter looked out the window, they were just above the clouds.
Suddenly there was a ding and the red light turned off and the green one
went on. Everyone took off their belts. After the ding there was a low
engine like sound.

"There go the wheels." said Megan

Everyone began doing things. After about an hour or two suddenly all the tv
screens went blank and music and sound went out. All around the lights went
out and it was silent. They sound of the turbines slowing down could be
heard, and on top of that the screams of people coming from the back.

"AHHHH!" screamed Pelly

"Oh no!" said Peter in a panic.

"This cant be happening! Oh I am so sueing these people if I’m
alive to do it!" screamed Megan

Megan jumped out of her seat ignoring the mask infront of her (everyone else
put on the masks and all was quite) and walked briskly up to the curtain to
the pilots station. When she got up the plane started (Oh, and is was night
time now, it was a long drive and they ate lunch at the airport) to slant
downward. She yanked open the curtain, tearing it off of the hinges (because
of anger and frustration because it was wrecking her vacation and putting her
and her friends in deep trouble.) And walked briskly, hands in fists, down
the little hall to the pilots station and looked right in the eye of the
main pilot (while hanging on to 2 bars because the plane was falling downward) and shouted

"GET THIS PLANE RUNNING NOW!" Megan screamed as loud as she could.

It could be heard at the back of the plane. Everyone knew her voice and knew
they were safe.

"If you know whats good for you get this plane going!" screamed Megan to the
pilot again.

There was a pause as the pilots looked at Megan almost frozen.

"If I get out of here alive you people are going out of business!" screamed
Megan once again

The pilots came to their censens and the co pilot said.

"Miss Megan! We'll try!"

"Oh you better!" said Megan

"We could push the emergency power button next to your hand but it may be-"
started the pilot but Megan was already ahead of them.

She looked next to her hand and saw button behind glass that was behind a
plastic case. She lifted the plastic case and smashed her hand through the
glass pushing the button. All the lights came back on but they were dim. None
of the screens or music went on though, it was to save power. The turbines
began spinning at full speed. The pilots turned around and lifted the
flaps.

Chapter. 34

The pilots lifted the flaps all the way and the plane gave a jerk and
started to shake. Lights were flashing and alarms were going off. Megan
looked at the height scale, they were dangerously close to the water. Megan
looked out the cockpit window, she something blue and sparkling outside,
water. She grabbed the microphone.

"Everyone hang on tight!" she shouted into the mic.

The plane started to tilt upwards, soon they were flying straight still
going down though because of lack of speed. There was a thump. The plane was
skimming along the water just above the surface. In a minute or 2 the plane
started lifting off the water and gently flew back up into the sky.

"You are sure lucky were alive!" said Megan

"We apologize, we are very sorry!" said the pilots.

Megan turned and went back to her seat and slouched down. Peter and Pelly
were about to talk but the speaker interrupted.

Speaker(Pilot)-We are so very sorry about that, just some technical
difficulties. We will have to make a quick stop at Alowly Island. You may take off
your masks.

Everyone took off their masks. Pelly and Peter were about to talk again but
saw Megan. She looked sad, and mad. So they kept quite.

After a few hours the landed at an airport. The announcer came on again.

"Please stay in your seats. This will not take to long."

The pilots left the plane and talked to the engineers. They discovered a
faulty engine. They replaced it quickly and put gas into the plane. The pilots
got back on board and went to the cockpit. The announcer came on again.

"We will now procced as normal, all screens will now turn back on a lights
at normal brightness as well."

A few minutes later everything was back online and they will lifting off the
runway.

Hours later the sun was rising and the sun came in threw the windows.
Everyone woke up who were sleeping. Megan wasn’t sleeping, she was thinking.
She was mad and sad because all she wanted was to bring Peter and Pelly on a
nice vacation, but that couldn’t even happen. Everyone did stuff and the
breakfast cart came around with breakfast things. Around 2 o'clock the were
souring above the wonderful island of Halowii.

Chapter. 36

Speaker: Hello everyone! Welcome to the beautiful island of Halowii! Please
buckle up as there will be some turbulence. We are now shutting all screens
off.

All the screens went off and everyone buckled up. The plane tilted downward
and headed for a runway below. A few minutes later there was a thump, the
plane was skidding down a runway the plane slowed down and the brakes were
screeching. Then the announcer came on.

"Welcome to Halowii! And thank you for flying Nook Air! Welcome home everyone
that is arriving home and have a great vacation everyone who’s here on
vacation! Please gather your things and procced off the plane."

Everyone unbuckled, gathered there things, and got up, the door slid open and
people began to leave the plane. Megan, Peter, and Pelly stayed a moment.

"Well, we’re Here! Lets vow to have a great time!" said Megan

"Yeah!" said Peter and Pelly

The left the plane and followed Megan out of the airport. Outside there was
one of Megans limos.

"Ugh, Megan? How is one of your limos is here?" said Peter

"I have one on every vacation island and vacation spot." said Megan

"Oh." Said Pelly and Peter

The driver opened the door and everyone got in.

"You know were we're going." Megan said to the driver.

The limo pulled out of the parking lot and drove down the road, the streets
were lined with palm trees and they could see the beach.

"It’s beautiful!" Said Pelly

"Yeah!" said Peter

"Yep, beautiful Halowii, nothing can beat it." said Megan

The limo pulled into a hotel as big as a sky scraper. It was a red fancy
color, and was just beautiful on the outside.

"Oh my gosh..."said Pelly

"Woah.."said Peter

The limo drove to the door and everyone got out. They walked through the
huge glass double doors, they couldn’t even see the inside before-

Chapter. 37

a huge crowd of fans swarmed the room, there was screaming and pushing. Then
someone raised an air horn and blew it, everyone all at once ran away, and
there behind the crowed was, Tom Nook? But how? Isn’t he back in town?

"Nook!?How are you here?! I thought, bu-, a-,...."said Megan

"Ahahahaha, that’s just a robot!Ahaha! I’m the real Nook!"Said Tom Nook

Everyones mouth was gaped, they were to surprised talk.

"Are you telling me that for my whole life I’ve been talking to a..
robot?!"said Megan

"Well...uh...maybe?"said Tom Nook

"Ok, whatever we just want to find or room, number 419?"said Megan

"Ah! I should have known, the penthouse, right this way."Said Tom Nook

Everyone followed him to the elevator and he lifted a panel in the elevator
and slid a card through a slit. (To go to the top floor, the penthouse)It
was about a 5 minute ride up...

"So! Who are you friends?"said Nook

"Well, this is Peter, my friend, he’s staying with me, and this is
Pelly, Peters girlfriend, shes also staying with me."said Megan

"Hi."Said Peter and Pelly

"Oh."said Nook

*DING*

The elevator opened and they walked into a huge open room, furnished and
clean.Nook went back down in the elevator.

"This is our room!?"Said Peter and Pelly astonished,

"Yep, look around, I’m going to go take a shower."said Megan

Megan headed off to take a shower and Peter and Pelly walked out onto the
deck.

A minute or two later while Megan was in the shower she heard a noise
outside, a tiptoeing sort of noise.She got out of the shower and tied a
towel around her and walked to the end of the bathroom and slowly opened
the door, outside she saw someone, not sure who it was,it was dark, the
lights were off.She ran up to the person and karate kicked the persons head
and went to turn the lights on, she looked back at the person laying on the
Floor unconscious.

"Oh snap!" Megan said

Chapter. 38

She ran out onto the deck to find Peter and Pelly, they were looking
straight ahead out into the beautiful ocean.

"Umm, guys, we've got a problem.."Magen said red in the face.

"What is it?" said Pelly

"And what’s with the towel?" said Peter

"Oh never mind that, just come!" said Megan

They followed Megan into the room outside the bathroom.

"What did you do?!" said Peter

"That’s not good." said Pelly

"Well, I heard someone outside the bathroom, and it was dark, I didn’t know
what else to do!" said Megan turning even redder.

"I’m sure he'll understand."said Pelly

"I sure hope so."said Megan

She went and filled a cup with freezing water then went back to were Peter
and Pelly were and dumped the water onto the person.

"Ahhhhh!"said ??? jumping up shivering.

"Uhh...sorry Nook..."said Megan

"What was that for!? You almost knocked my head off!"said Nook

"Well! What were you doing sneaking around outside my bathroom?!"said Megan

"I was trying to give you these cruise tickets...their from the hotel staff.
I was going to give you them, but I heard the shower running so I was just
going to leave them on your bed and tell you later....."said Nook

"I’m really sorry!"said Megan

"Sweet a cruise!"said Peter

Everyone looked at Peter

"Ugh, sorry, iv never had this much excitement..."said Peter

"Well anyway, here they are."said Nook pulling 3 tickets out of his pocket.

He handed them to Megan

"Thanks Nook, and sorry again.."said Megan

"Your welcome, and its ok."said Nook

Nook walked out of the room and down the elevator.

"Sweet! Lets see when the cruise is!"said Megan

She looked at the ticket,

It said they were leaving on the first Monday of that month at 11:30AM and returning Thursday of that week.

Megan looked at the clock, 10:00AM

"Please don’t tell me its Monday....."said Megan

"Umm...it isnt?"said Pelly

"I wont say it but it is.."said Peter

"Oh jeese! Come on! We have to hurry, everyone get your suitcases, I’m going
to go get dressed, meet me in the lobby."said Megan

"Ok!"said Peter and Pelly

They went off. Megan went to go get dressed.

10:59. The Lobby

"Ok! Lets go!"said Megan

They went outside, the limo was just pulling up, they jumped inside and had
the driver put their stuff away.

11:15, the dock

They stepped out of the limo and got their stuff then walked to the dock.
Megan looked up at the huge ship.

"Oh great, now everyone knows I’m here!"said Megan

Chapter. 37

"Well this place sure has fast painters...."said Peter

"Wow..."said Pelly

They all looked up at the huge ship which had a huge painting of Megan on the
side and a bunch of flags with her face on them all over the ship.

Nook walked up from behind trying to surprise them, but Megan saw him. Right
when he was behind Megan she made a fist and flung her arm back hard. Nook
fell back with a thud.

"Omm, ow! What was that for?!"said Nook

"You better have nothing to do with this."said Megan with crossed eyes.

"Omm, I dont?"said Nook

"What point of "VACATION" do you not get?!"said Megan

"Omm..yeah, sorry.."said Nook.

"Ugh, whatever, come on guys, lets go."said Megan

The three of them walked to the big flight of stairs leading to the ships
door. A bell boy (Or stair boy for this matter.) met them and took their
stuff. They reach the top of the ship and the bell boy brought there stuff to
There rooms. There they stood on a deck, a bunch of people staring. Everyone
around started screaming.

Someone came running out from the bridge with an air horn and blew it.
Everyone started screaming and covered their ears. Here Meg, you might need
this, the man with a uniform on through the air horn to Megan.

Megan turned around to see who it was.

"Tim?!"said Megan in shock.

"Heh heh, yep its me."said Tim

"Wow, hi! I haven’t seen you sense Middle School! Why did we fight back then anywase?"said
Megan

"I don’t know, we were kids, its what we did I geuss" said Tim

“Yeah I guess.”said Megan

"You know him?" said Pelly

"Yeah, iv known him sence middle school."said Megan

"Ok, let me get this straight..theres three humans in this world?"said
Peter looking at Tim who was, infact a human

"Yep, and theres probebly more.”said Tim

"Ok, whatever, so ommm, what are you doing here?"said Megan Who happened to
see a little pin on Tim’s blue uniform.

"Wait! Hold up! Your the captain?!"said Megan

"Yep."said Tim

"Ok, lets catch up later, can we go to our room now?"said Peter

"Oh, yeah, sure!"said Megan

"Uh oh,” said Tim, “I have to get this thing on the road, ugh, omm, let me
rephrase that, I have to get this thing on the ocean!"said Tim going back to
the bridge.

The three walked down to there room.

Peter opened the door.

“Wow, I’ve never seen a more fancy geus room!” Exclaimed Pelly.

Peter and Pelly were staring in aw at the room infront of them. The first room had a couch with a T.V. Infront of it and in the middle, a coffee table. A section in the cornor contained a counter, a refrigerator, a stove, a micorwave, a coffee maker, and a cabinet, a kitchenet. There was a large window bolted on the sides too. There was a door to a bathroom, and 3 other doors to bedrooms.

“Haha, you guys are going to have to get used to living large.” Laughed Megan

“I geuss so.” Wispered Pelly still staring.

“Well? Come on then.” Said Megan stepping into the room.

Megan walked into one of the three room and placed her stuff apon the bed in there, and came back out.

“Good,” She said “theres bathrooms in the rooms.”

Peter went into another room, and Pelly went to the last one. They both put there belongings down and went back to the main room.

“Hey, why don’t we go to the deck observation deck?” Suggested Megan.

“Sure, I love the ocean.” Said Pelly

“Why not?” Said Peter.

The three took an elavator to a private part of the ship wich was the highest. Placed there were some chairs and a table. This little space was included for the highest paying passengers, wich in this case, was Megan.

“Whoa! Its such a great veiw from up here!” Exclaimed Peter who was looking out at the ocean.

“Yeah, look at the city.” Pelly said pointing in the other direction.

“Yeah, its alwayse nice.” Said Megan sitting down in one of the chairs, she layed back in it and closed her eyes to the sun. (It being a lounge chair.)

From the stern (Back) of the ship the horn blew three times. Then There was a thud and a soft rearing noise. Megan Got up to look, Peter and Pelly were looking at the dock. Dock workes were pulling away the stairs and a crew member was shutting the ships main door and sealing it.

“Were about to set sail.” Said Megan

“Cool.” Said Peter looking about.

“Yay! The ocean awaits.” Said Pelly.

Slowly the ship began to inch its way forward, after going a little ways down the dock the ship entered a space were the land was cut in as to allow the ship to turn with hitting the stern on the dock, slowly but quickly they turned and were now facing out to the ocean. Then the ship began to inch forward, getting faster by the second.

“Here we go.” Said Megan.

“Yay!” Said Pelly and Peter.

The three faced toward the land to watch it get smaller and smaller. After the land was nothing more but a little shadow in the distance and the ship was moving at a faster speed Peter felt a chill of cold sea air and put his hand in his pocket, he felt something, he pulled it out. It was a picture. He most have took it when he got the picture of Pelly in his house back home. He looked at it…thought a moment. Then his eyes widenend and he stood there staring.

“Whats that picture of?” Asked Megan looking over Peter’s shoulder.

“I-its my…fourth grade class.” Peter answered.

“Oh, cool.” Said Megan looking at the picture of a small group of humas standing in three rows.

“Yeah….I miss them…” Said Peter

“Oh..”Said Megan remembering her years of school.

“Well, lets not bring up sad thoughts..”Suggested Pelly

“Yeah, I wont, I was just thinking of the fun I used to have with everyone.”Said Peter

“Lets go down to the deck.” Said Megan

They went down and went to the railing. Other passengers were happily laughing and playing by the pool, or playing games or tanning. Peter looked about and spotted a human. It was a female, about his age. She was at the drink stand, as she picked up the drink the man serving put infront of her, she turned around and began to walk to the pool. As Peter saw her face, he gasped, and nearly fainted.

“What is it” Asked Megan looking around.

“S…Sa…..SAM!!!” Peter yelled.
